Pressure Gauges( Digital /Analogue)
Soul Energy has a leading-edge calibration laboratory ready to perform calibrations on a variety of pressure measurement instruments and gauges in pressures up to 30000 psi. Due to the unmatched stability, repeatability, and accuracy, Industry-standard Hydraulic Deadweight testers are employed. The basic operation of the dead weight tester coupled to the afore said characteristics permits for a fast turnaround of instrumentation calibrations whereas keeping up a tall degree of accuracy.
In Instances where a deadweight tester’s broader range may not be ideal, a range of Digital Air calibrators are also available with ranges extending up to 1,450 psi allowing calibration across lower pressure ranges. The integrated digital control allows highly accurate calibrations on small resolution gauges.
Soul energy calibration lab perform calibrations extending from industry-standard 5 point calibrations all the way to multi-point/multi-pass calibrations.
Chart Recorders (Digital /Analogue)
Chart Recorders require regular maintenance and periodic recalibration due to their vital role in monitoring, recording and documenting of various operations.
To minimise downtime, soul energy calibration lab is equipped with extensive range of deadweight testers and digital calibrators that allows suitable calibration technology to be selected based on the equipment requirements and configurations.
An array of digital air calibrators is also available with ranges extending up to 2500 mBarg allowing calibration across lower pressure ranges besides the dead weight testers. The integrated digital control permits high precision calibrations on small resolution gauges where a deadweight tester’s broader range may not be ideal.
Differential Pressure
Unlike the static pressure calibration, differential pressure requires a different approach. with Soul energy’s highly sensitive range of digital air calibrators, gives excellent repeatability and resolution that makes calibrations at very low differential pressures a possibility regardless of the static pressure range of the instrument. Differential pressure calibrations are performed to pressure ranges in inches of water gauge.
Our certified lab technicians are able to adapt the calibration process to suit the instruments application and level of criticality .For both rising and falling pressures multiple data points are taken across the instrument’s full measuring range .
Weight Indicators
From simple load cells, weight guages to drilling rig load indicators, Soul energy calibration laboratory is equipped to perform calibrations on a variety of weight indication equipment.
A calibration methodology/technology is selected to best suit the requirement, depending on the utilisation of the weight indicator .
